There are no accidents in life - it is always the perfect unfolding of Spirit. But, just because something is perfect, does not mean we have to like it. Liking the pain and challenges of life can be impossible, but discovering the source behind the pain and learning to welcome and love it is possible and will transform that pain into a presence that always calls forth our highest and best good.
The source behind all of our experiences - those we consider to be good, bad and neutral - is always us! We are the creators, the requestors, the Divine orchestrators. This may seem like a bitter pill to swallow in times of difficulty, but it is actually the first critical and necessary step in restoring harmony and balance into our lives.
The people, situations and experiences we encounter everyday are the reflections, or outpicturings, of the vibrational patterns we hold within. Lying just below the surface of our conscious, organizing mind, these vibrational patterns are part of the subconscious mind and include the many beliefs we hold about ourselves, others, and the world, as well as our expectations, desires, fears and emotions. They serve as our personal software - our inner programming - and are responsible for what shows up in our lives.
Years of psychotherapy are not needed to re-write these programs. The only thing required is your awareness of them and your desire to shift and transmute their heavy energies through love. During a personal session, these often hidden vibrational patterns are identified, healed, transformed and integrated through the power of the heart. This process transforms cellular debris into light, and in doing so, we are able to embody more of our Higher Self, which provides our inner guidance and inspiration. A change of this nature has the potential to change everything because the inner light that has replaced the old, limiting patterns is now calling forth totally new possibilities.
This same process can also be done to the vibrational patterns in a space, transforming a home, office or any location that feels draining, heavy and negative to one that feels light, supportive and positive.
The physical world certainly appears to be real and solid, but as proclaimed for centuries by mystical teachings, and more recently demonstrated by quantum physics, it is actually made up of electrostatic charges that pop in and out of existence. It is believed that the smallest particles of matter actually consist of only light and information. The Light is the Divine spark of creation that permeates through and connects All-That-Is. The "information" consists of thoughts, emotions, beliefs, memories, desires and other unseen vibrational patterns. These are the building blocks of everything in the physical world. When you pay attention to the "information" upon which you are building your world, you will understand the connection between your inner and outer worlds.

interview with Brenda:
"A human being is a part of the whole, called by us 'universe', a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
Albert Einstein
